About our services

Intuitive Living 11:11 provides spiritual wellness services, including Reiki and energy healing, psychic and tarot readings, manifestation coaching, consultation calls, subliminal audio programs, courses and related products, delivered online (and occasionally in person) by Maham Ajmal.

All readings, healing sessions, coaching and spiritual products are offered for guidance, personal growth and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for such matters.

Results of spiritual and manifestation practices vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Business-related healing services are complementary practices; business results depend on your own strategy, decisions and actions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services and products.

Orders and payment

• ✦All services and products require 100% advance payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• ✦Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD); Pakistani customers may be charged the equivalent in PKR at checkout.
• ✦Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• ✦We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order; if we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Consultation calls and sessions

• ✦Consultation calls are booked by paying first, then selecting an available time slot on our scheduling calendar.
• ✦Please join on time. Arriving late reduces your session time; a no-show without prior notice is treated as a delivered session.
• ✦You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot by contacting us.

Digital and physical products

• ✦Personalized subliminals and other digital products are custom-made and delivered electronically.
• ✦Physical products (such as the Affirmation Deck) are shipped per our Shipping Policy.
• ✦All content, recordings, card designs and materials are the intellectual property of Intuitive Living 11:11 and are for your personal use only. Reselling or redistributing them is not permitted.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuitive Living 11:11 and Maham Ajmal are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled amicably first; failing that, in the courts of Pakistan.
